Klangschalen aus Nepal
Die handwerkliche Fertigung von Klangschalen war bis ins Jahr 1940 in der Himalaya-Region fast vollständig aufgegeben worden. Erst in jüngster Zeit werden wieder vermehrt handgearbeitete Klangschalen hergestellt. Aufgrund des aufwendigen Herstellungsverfahrens sind die handgetriebenen Schalen besonders beliebte Stücke. In einem ersten Schritt wird das Metall geschmolzen und in Gussformen gefüllt. Aus dem flachen, runden Metall-Rohling wird die Klangschale unter Hitze in Form getrieben und anschließend poliert. Feine Gravuren machen unsere Klangschalen zu edlen Wohnaccessoires. Klangschalen erzeugen einzigartige, entspannende Töne und sind wahre Schmuckstücke.
